Rehabilitation Services
The UConn Health Center Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine provides preventive, rehabilitative, and performance enhancing programs and services that maximize functionality and promote well being in patients of all ages and abilities. Rehabilitation Medicine supports the UConn Health Center’s core mission of excellence in patient care, research in support of clinical programs,
education, and public service.
The UConn Health Center Rehabilitation Services team consists of licensed physical therapists, registered/licensed occupational therapists, certified hand therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapy assistants, certified athletic trainers and medical assistants.
We provide the following services and programs:
