How We Learn

Our ultimate goal is to develop excellent orthopaedic surgeons who are well-versed in the literature and understand the role of operative and non-operative care. Residents carry increasing responsibility during the course of their five year program, as they learn the importance of compassionate and cost-effective care.

During the course of the residency program, all aspects of orthopaedic surgery are covered, however, many of our residents seek a year of fellowship training. Our faculty is committed to helping the residents attain the fellowship of their choice.
