Joseph Lorenzo, M.D.
Dr. Lorenzo is a professor of medicine in the Division of
Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He is a nationally renowned expert on
bone remodeling and its effect on bone health. Dr. Lorenzo’s
clinical interests include management of patients with
osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders. He organized the first international conference on osteoimmunology in 2006.
