Karen Myrick, A.P.R.N.
Karen Myrick is a nurse practitioner in the Department of
Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Connecticut
Health Center. She has
experience working with elite athletes and weekend warriors.
Karen has a dual license, both as an adult nurse practitioner
and as a family nurse practitioner. She graduated from the
undergraduate nursing program at the University of Connecticut
and went on to earn a Masters degree from the University of
Connecticut and her Post-Masters degree from George Washington
University. She has a background in emergency medicine, and has
worked in women’s health.
